This book is absolutely worthless. It is not accurate, the info is mostly outdated. Mazatlan is Paradise, and Moving to Mexico are way better guides.
I can't think of any words to describe how terrible the information in this book is. After reading it, I wonder if the author has ever been even near Mazatlan.

Sadly, I didn't read the preceding review before I ordered this book. I wish I could get my money back. It is a 196 page book. The first bit of info on Mazatlan starts on page 104. I was stunned to see in the section on water adventures that there were only 2 activities listed. Didn't the author notice that Mazatlan is on the coast? Very poorly written and a complete waste of money.

I found this volume to be very useful for the visitor or tourist coming to the Pacific Mexican port of Mazatlan. Additionally, the surrounding area is reviewed for purposes of checking out the local fare. Photos are very good.
