Although I gleaned a couple interesting tid bits from this ebook, you are better off spending a few extra bucks and get a more in depth book like the Lonely Planet series.

This is a short little book with what I hope I will find to be the cultural essentials. I bigger tome would have been too intimidating while I am busily preparing for my 3 week visit to a rural Nepal village.
