Filled with outdated info,

It's early 2012. I figured a 2012 guide would be our best bet. Boy were we wrong. Of the four or so things we did and saw as a result of this book, three were way outdated. It described a garden in Freeport that the book said includes a petting zoo. That petting zoo hasn't been operational since about 2004. It says you need to buy your tickets at the Rand Nature Center for the Lucaya National Park. You don't. Glad we didn't follow that because it would have wasted about an hour. Also says nothing about the Grand Lucaya Resort being half-closed (some outer, older sections) and as a result apparently one of the island's best restaurants is also closed. Prices on certain activities were more than 20 percent off (indicating a long time since update).
You get the picture. Lonely Planet has never let me down. Now I remember why we usually rely on it.
Just what I need for my trip,

got this just before heading out an incredible vacation with my fiance. It was so incredibly helpful when planning cite seeing and activity trips, as we didn't want to just stay within the resort. We had such a good time.
