LEGOLAND® Florida is a 150-acre interactive theme park dedicated to families with children between the ages of 2 and 12. It opened in October 2011, with plans for a water park in May 2012. It was previously known as Cypress Gardens theme park. There are periods when it isn't open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so be sure to check first before planning your visit.
It's a pretty long way away from the other Orlando attractions unless you are driving or have access to a car, so international visitors should note the following distances. (There's a shuttle from Orlando Premium Outlets)
* Distance to Walt Disney World: 30.4 Miles
* Distance to Airport: 38.3 Miles
* Distance to Downtown: 42.3 Miles
* Distance to SeaWorld: 32.1 Miles
* Distance to Universal: 36.2 Miles
This guide gives you all the information you need to plan a vacation to Legoland, and as it is written for kids, the attractions are listed as being scary, dark, awesome,...Read more

If you're planning on taking a trip to Legoland in Florida, this little guide is perfect. I'd have the kids(and myself) read the whole guide, so that we could know exactly what sites we wanted to see, and ride; lining up our choices with what time we wanted to eat, and where. There is so much information packed into this handy guide, that I wish there were one out for a few wineries I plan on visiting in May.
Just the fact that this guide fits on your smartphone, means you can have easy access to them, and certainly your kids will be more willing to read them, rather than handing them each a paperback guidebook from the stone-age(my era). Not only is this guide book handy because most of us carry our smartphones with us everywhere, but it's a wealth of information. It can connect to the internet when you want to know more about subject then what's in the guide. Such as, click on the hyperlink of Ole Kirk Christiansen, and you'll see how and when he built the famous...Read more

This e-book has so much great information! You will learn everything from very practical information like how tall you must be for each ride and the best photo opportunities, to the history of LEGOs and LEGOLANDs around the world. I was just trying to decide where to spend our time and money while on vacation, and now I wouldn't dream of skipping LEGOLAND! Also, I aced the quiz at the end :) It's a must read if you're headed in that direction any time soon!
