Let's Go London, Oxford, Cambridge & Edinburgh: The Student Travel Guide
I'm abroad in London for the semester and I bought Let's Go to get acquainted with the city and help plan some weekend trips while I'm here. It was great in terms of pointing me in the direction of some good student haunts in Edinburgh. The London coverage was cool too, though I've mainly only used it for restaurants/bars since I have an apartment while I'm here.

So, I came to London thinking that because I spoke English and all it was going to super easy. Then, I got to London and it was terribly scary and large. Fortunately, I whipped out my trusty Let's Go London, Oxford, Cambridge, and Edinburgh and, thanks to the walking tour of London, was able to navigate through most of the highlights of the city in a few days. It even helped me find this super cool restaurant in Chelsea called the Buona Serea, a hole in the wall restaurant that is rather packed, but honestly the best risotto I've every had. World-class risotto in London- who knew?
