The Michelin maps are the way to go for any part of France. I had no problem driving from Paris to Rouen to Bayeaux to Dinan with the Normandy and Brittany maps, and I just barely speak the language. The only issue is that I still can't figure out how to fold them back!

This map is OK for using in your living room, but too unwieldy for use while driving as it has maps on both sides. The yellow Michelin maps are much more user friendly.

The map I purchased is very easy to read. It displays a lot of the smaller routes and back roads. To save space, I have cut out the area we will be traveling in and will only take it.
