The Busy Person's Guide to Reflexology: Simple Routines for Home, Work, and Travel
This review is from: The Busy Person's Guide to Reflexology: Simple Routines for Home, Work, and Travel (Paperback)
After only two days of doing the hand massage I noticed a dramatic difference in the appearance of my hands. They looked younger! I am a singer and I have noticed that my breathing seems to be more relaxed and better coordinated while I am singing. I have not been able to do much about the foot massage so I can not comment about that but I do like the hand massage, I've been doing it for about a month now.
